Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC seeks a Project Manager to serve as the COR liaison on a governmental task order. You will lead a distributed review team evaluating cybersecurity plans and waiver requests for U.S.-flagged vessels and facilities, ensuring compliance with 33 CFR Part 101 Subpart F.

The role requires US citizenship, Tier 1 background, and PM experience with federal projects. Remote within the United States; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Four (4) years of project management experience.
• Two (2) years of experience managing projects for the U.S. Federal Government.
• Experience supervising staff, quality control, and deliverable management.
• Ability to manage production throughput against fixed turnaround requirements.
• Must disclose any organizational conflicts of interest related to MTSA-regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the COR for all work under the task order.
• Lead the review organization through Sub-Project Managers and the Senior SME, Equivalency.
• Deliver the monthly status report to the COR with workload metrics and trends.
• Maintain a weekly status report accessible to the COR via a shared workspace.
• Lead the Post Award Conference and Kick-off Meeting and deliver the Project Plan.
• Conduct quarterly status meetings with the COR and respond within 3 business days.
• Ensure policy inquiries are referred to the USCG representative and avoid independent criteria drafting.
