Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Cybersecurity Plan Review to lead a team reviewing cybersecurity plans and assessments under regulatory frameworks for the maritime domain. The role requires coordinating Stage One and Stage Two evaluations, ensuring timely, quality outputs, and maintaining compliance records with MISLE, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, DoD 8140 DCWF-related certifications, and experience with NIST CSF.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a team leadership or project management role.
• Deep knowledge of 33 CFR Subchapter H, Part 101 Subpart F, maritime operations.
• Proficiency with NIST CSF regulatory frameworks.
• 3 years in maritime security/operations or cybersecurity policy/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plan Reviewer team, assign work and balance workload.
• Provide final recommendations on complex cybersecurity plans.
• Ensure Stage One reviews are completed within 10 business days.
• Ensure Stage Two reviews are completed within 45 calendar days.
• Quality control on review products and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Manage ASP certifications and keep list of regulated entities updated.
• Prepare signature-ready correspondence for USCG and manage MISLE/ServiceNow records.
• Provide workload and aging data for status reports.
• Escalate policy questions to SME and USCG representative.
• Identify potential organizational conflicts of interest.
