Job summary

OneZero Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead a distributed team performing cybersecurity plan reviews for US-flagged vessels, facilities and offshore structures. You will act as the COR liaison, manage two Sub-Project Managers and a Senior SME, and deliver monthly status reports and the project plan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years in PM, 2 years with the U.S. Federal Government, and ability to work fully remote within the United States. PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) years of project management experience.
• Two (2) years of experience managing projects for the U.S. Federal Government.
• Experience supervising staff and delivering quality products on time.
• Ability to manage throughput against fixed turnaround requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the COR and ensure deliverables are accurate and traceable.
• Lead the review organization through Sub-Project Managers and a Senior SME.
• Deliver monthly status reports, aging submittals, and workforce metrics.
• Maintain a weekly status report accessible to the COR.
• Lead the Post Award Conference and Kick-off Meeting; draft and finalize the Project Plan.
• Conduct quarterly status meetings with the COR and respond to COR requests within three business days.
• Refer policy inquiries to the designated USCG representative and adhere to government criteria.
