Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or project leadership.
• Experience developing and maintaining charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality and maintain them.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance meetings with clear owners, due dates, and follow‑through.
• Track progress against approved scope, schedule, and budget and manage dependencies.
• Maintain delivery momentum and escalate blockers when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria at milestones.
