Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 9 years' experience in PM, vendor management and healthcare.
• 5+ years relevant work experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification from Project Management Institute with 1.5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with project stakeholders to ensure understanding of scope, timeline, and budget.
• Uses project management methodologies and tools to support successful implementation; assists in applying them on key projects.
• Allocates project resources across the project duration and ensures correct allocation.
• Creates project timelines and milestones; tracks progress against targets.
• Delivers comprehensive project status updates to stakeholders and leaders.
• Leads issue resolution and escalates to leadership as needed.
• Gathers data and manages the project budget; reports on budget vs. actuals.
• Acts as thought leader to build a high-performing PMO team and improve processes.
• Provides cross-training and seeks continuous educational growth opportunities.
