Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Manager III to drive planning and execution of complex energy and utilities projects. This remote role focuses on schedule, budget, and resource coordination, partnering with distributed teams to surface risks early and enable timely decisions.

Responsibilities include establishing scope, developing plans, managing risks, and reporting progress while continuously improving project management processes. 8+ years PM experience and a degree in engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or an equivalent ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scope and detailed requirements.
• Develop project plans for schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and changes.
• Communicate regularly with team members to ensure task completion.
• Monitor and track project progress against plans.
• Report project status to stakeholders through formal and informal methods.
• Engage in continuous improvement of project management processes.
