Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Manager III to drive planning and execution of complex energy and utilities projects. This remote role focuses on schedule, budget, and resource coordination, partnering with distributed teams to surface risks early and enable timely decisions.

Responsibilities include establishing scope, developing plans, managing risks, and reporting progress while continuously improving project management processes. 8+ years PM experience and a degree in engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or an equivalent ERP system.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager III to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will drive the planning and execution of complex projects from scope definition through delivery, with a focus on schedule, budget, and resource coordination. You will partner closely with distributed team members and stakeholders to keep work moving, surface risks early, and support timely decision-making. The position also calls for ongoing process improvement to strengthen how projects are managed and reported across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
