Job summary

Chain Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, on-schedule, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders while driving process improvements across project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PM experience in utilities or construction, and a PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• PM experience in utilities, construction, or engineering environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project execution by coordinating internal resources, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of project personnel, ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Review engineering designs, work plans, and cost estimates for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project financial data and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Leads change by keeping people aligned, communicating clearly, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
