Job summary

CPG is seeking a Project Manager II, Commissioning to lead multiple facets of data center construction and commissioning. The role covers all aspects of design, procurement, construction, and hand-off to the customer, with an emphasis on autonomy and decisive leadership across teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, 3–5 years of construction PM experience, and familiarity with CSA/MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or similar field.
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in data center construction preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction and commissioning workstreams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee design-build contractors and field operations.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and customers.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and cost control data.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes.
