Job summary

CPG is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to work with lead electrical and mechanical commissioning agents on data center projects in Indianapolis, IN. You will manage commissioning and QA/QC projects, monitor plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure deadlines are met, while assisting with documentation for commissioning data center infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a related field
• Knowledge in file management and transcription
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Manage new construction and retrofit commissioning projects with staffing, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Review drawings and specifications to meet owner’s design intent.
• Review product data submittals to ensure equipment meets requirements.
• Develop plans for on-site testing and conduct analyses to support field work.
• Write reports summarizing findings for external audits.
• Interface with project managers, subcontractors and design/construction teams by phone and email.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and interviews.
