You will manage full lifecycle from requirements gathering to closure, build schedules and budgets, and ensure quality deliverables.

Role requires strong communication with stakeholders, risk management, and collaboration across departments in a matrix environment; PMP or CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a matrix environment.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS-Project or equivalent) and MS-Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, plans, schedules, resources, budget, and closure.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
• Establish and maintain corporate project management methodology and procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation including minutes, action items, issues, and risks.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and objectives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure quality standards for design, testing, training, and operations.
• Create and communicate milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and department metrics.
