The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of PM experience, proficiency in MS-Project and MS-Office, and preferences for PMP/CAPM certification. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix environments.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS-Project or equivalent) and MS-Office suite.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee projects with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Manage full project life cycle: requirements gathering, planning, resources, budget, deployment and closure.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, issue lists, risk plans, and dashboards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and negotiate resources and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align with stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards and proper documentation (design, test, training, operations).
