Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse and matrixed teams.
• Proficient in PM tools (MS-Project) and MS-Office.
• Healthcare, Medicare, and/or Compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee projects with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Manage full project life cycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budget, execution, closure.
• Maintain detailed project documentation: meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, risk plans.
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and negotiate resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and provide functional/technical knowledge.
