Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
• Ability to communicate project updates, priorities, and action items clearly.
• Ability to track project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and status records.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
• Manage schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems.
• Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination.
• Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly.
• Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion.
