Our client is an established national general contractor that focuses on healthcare construction projects. They have a strong backlog of projects in their pipeline for this year and 2026. This project manager will work on projects throughout Minnesota and will be responsible for $20M+ renovation healthcare construction projects.
Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
- Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
- Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
- Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
- Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
- Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
- Represent our client in subcontract negotiations
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Construction with a general contractor
- Healthcare experience is required
- Renovation and occupied spaces experience is preferred
- MEP Experience is preferred
- Easy-going, self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
- Strong management ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion
