Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead nationwide HV/MV electrical construction projects across Renewable and Utility sectors. You will handle setup, implementation, and management through estimating, contract negotiation, preconstruction, and construction execution phases.

Position is onsite in West Fargo, ND with up to 25% travel. The role requires 5+ years in Construction or Project Management, a related degree, and experience with HV substations, transmission lines, and distribution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant discipline preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management and/or Project Management.
Knowledge and experience with medium/high voltage substations, collection systems and/or transmission lines preferred.

Responsibilities

Review RFPs and coordinate with Estimators for bid proposals.
Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors and ensure compliance.
Draft and review contract documents and terms; manage contract changes.
Oversee all contractual requirements and resolve disputes if any.
Review engineering deliverables for conformance to requirements.
Manage submittals and RFIs; coordinate with project operations for on-time delivery.
Draft and review subcontracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
Lead meetings with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Track and report on quality, safety, progress, and costs.
