As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to a wide range of healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives, and make a measurable impact on client success.

About You

About The Role

Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects. You will develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables. You will facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track.

Helpful Experience
  • Advertising agency experience.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
  • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes.
  • Experience working within cross-functional client service environments.
