Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate between creative, media buying, retention, and account teams to allocate resources.
• Organize weekly client meeting agendas, take notes, and create actionable task lists.
• Create and assign Asana tasks for internal teams based on client requests.
• Track production pipelines and monitor asset status from brief to completion.
• Lead internal team standups and coordinate cross‑functional project kickoffs.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of scope of work for each client account.
