Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of global software deployment projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal development, QA, sales, and support teams, as well as external client stakeholders, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays proactively.
• Manage client expectations and communication, providing regular status updates and resolving concerns effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements throughout the deployment process.
• Facilitate remote team meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in deployment methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the software development and deployment industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder software projects, preferably with a global reach.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams and clients.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and common IT infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is a strong advantage.
