You will be instrumental in guiding projects from the initial concept and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of software projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners. Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for distributed teams. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Foster a collaborative and productive remote team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment best practices. Facilitate effective communication channels between development teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience managing software development projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git). Excellent remote team leadership and facilitation skills, with a knack for building rapport virtually. Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in stakeholder communication and expectation management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP is a strong asset. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a fully remote team.
