Job summary

Objectstream, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager / Workforce Management Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of a workforce management and time & attendance solution within a German operational environment.

The role encompasses project management, requirements gathering, configuration, stakeholder workshops, training, and coordinated change management, including liaison with the German Works Council (Betriebsvertretung).

Qualifications

• CEFR C2 German proficiency mandatory.
• Minimum five years of practical experience implementing workforce management/time & attendance solutions.
• Experience with German collective labor law and working with a Works Council/Betriebsvertretung.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a workforce management and time & attendance solution.
• Interface with customer stakeholders and coordinate with Works Council on workforce-management processes.
• Conduct requirements sessions, workshops, and training in German and English.
