Job summary

project44 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Customer Experience Team within Professional Services, located for Germany remote work. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations, coordinating with Solutions Architects, CSMs, Sales, and Engineering to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing project management roles.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Strong expertise in risk, budget, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools like Jira/Confluence or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for customer implementations from post-sale handover through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal and customer teams.
• Lead project governance including status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Own budget and scope management, ensuring delivery within commercial parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Drive Go-Live planning and execution including cutover and post-launch validation.
• Oversee Hypercare to ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success and long-term stability.
