TRUE, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee client projects from initiation to completion in a remote environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear, honest communication. You’ll attend bi-weekly client meetings, maintain Monday.com boards, and collaborate with TRUE Specialists to refine scopes.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of program management, project development and client relations experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion.
Plan and monitor projects including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend and lead bi-weekly client meetings to monitor project progress.
Keep client portfolio boards on Monday.com up to date.
Utilize the TRUE Grant AI program to create the client management report.
Collaborate with TRUE Specialists and Strategists to ensure project smoothness.
Refine the scope of work for each client portfolio board.
