Dimagi, a social enterprise in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Project Manager to join our US Solutions division. This 12-month, fixed-term role can be remote within the US and requires initial in-person onboarding within 90 days.

You will lead or support multiple projects, manage deliverables, and collaborate with developers, health specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. AI-assisted planning and governance will be used to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software teams.
• Experience leading software/SaaS projects.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented team player who can coordinate and lead dynamic teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Analytical mindset with Excel modeling.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for planning and documentation.
• Strong data analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as external-facing representative for a project team.
• Lead conversations on planning, requirements, roadmapping and PM practices.
• Coordinate with the technical lead to manage implementation of requirements.
• Lead conversations for integrations between CommCare and other platforms.
• Develop and champion best practices for deployment and release on large projects.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Create process and workflow mappings, diagrams, and use cases.
• Lead or support training programs and capacity building for system users.
• Design implementation strategies considering cross-workstream impact.
• Manage project quality throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, Analysts, and Engineers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Identify system usage patterns to drive improvements.
