Qualifications

Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

Align with Program Manager and Digital Delivery leads on delivery roadmap and plans.
Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team.
Track committed deliverables with offshore teams; elevate risks and issues with program.
Ensure quality standards, coding practices and security guidelines are followed.
Provide clear and timely communications to Program stakeholders.
Manage visibility of Teams holidays and coverage plans.
Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams.
