Job summary

Pavago is seeking an exceptionally organized Project Manager to oversee ERRCS projects from bid to closeout, coordinating project documentation, construction requirements, contractors, vendors, customers, engineers, and AHJs. You will manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure progress from quote through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with AHJs, engineers, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of U.S. construction project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review bid requests, plan submissions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate RFQs, vendor quotes, and Bills of Materials for accuracy.
• Track permits, plan reviews, and inspections with AHJs and authorities.
