Fortna is seeking a Project Director to lead enterprise-scale automation programs across multiple U.S. sites. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project delivery, or supply chain/automation leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or international equivalent).
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex customer projects (> $60M).
• Coordinate across engineering, software, controls, and operations teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Provide executive-level updates, risk, and issue resolution.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
