Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Project Manager to keep client engagements on time, on scope, and drama-free across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics. You’ll own day-to-day execution, refine workflows, and build systems that scale with a growing team.

You’re energized by structure and diagnosing bottlenecks, collaborating with the Lead Project Manager to implement process improvements, keep stakeholders updated, and deliver high-quality work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or accounts with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A process-first mindset — you default to documenting and improving, not just doing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams.
• Keep projects on scope and on schedule, flagging risks before they become problems.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics on shared client work.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project status in Asana so the whole team knows where things stand.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose fixes.
• Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and roll out improved processes and templates.
• Standardize how projects are scoped, tracked, and handed off between departments.
• Continuously refine internal systems as the team and client roster grow.
• Support client communication around timelines, deliverables, and project status.
• Escalate issues to the Lead Project Manager early, with context and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate with account leads to make sure client expectations match what's actually being delivered.
• Help onboard new clients and new team members into BlueTuskr's project workflows.
• Maintain clear, current reporting on project health, timelines, and workload across accounts.
• Flag capacity or resourcing issues before they affect delivery.
• Contribute to internal reporting on process performance and team throughput.
