Job summary

Docupace is seeking a client-focused Project Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead multiple client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and beyond. You will be the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work across Customer Success, Business Analysts, Engineering, Product, QA, and Sales to coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and maintain clear status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience leading 10–30 client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent Docupace client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional implementation experience.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and develop aligned implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs; manage changes proactively.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for delivery success.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize enterprise PM tools to manage schedules and project health.
• Ensure projects follow Docupace's methodology and quality standards.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the Docupace platform and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and client experience.
