• Strong time management and attention to detail across PM systems.
• Excellent communication across all levels of an organization.
• Troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly, and problem-solve creatively.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Habitat, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards; open to AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Smartsheet tracking systems for all eBook and SmartBook titles within a release year.
• Coordinate Jira ticket creation for eBook and SmartBook production and lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain the Smartsheet-Jira Connector for automated status reflection.
• Maintain and update PM documentation for eBook and SmartBook programs.
• Assist with selected eBook production tasks and pre-authoring readiness.
• Act as PM on a list of titles to build knowledge of the production process.
• Support PO datasheet review and timely purchase order creation.
• Identify risks, adapt plans, and resolve problems creatively.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain accurate project data across systems.
• Champion accessibility standards across deliverables.
• Engage cross-functional teams to pilot AI-powered workflows.
