The successful candidate will lead projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate technical integrations. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and experience with mobile video technology. The role offers flexibility with remote work options and requires travel.

Qualifications

• Mid-level Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Project, Program, or Product Management.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order receipt to final completion using Airtable.
• Collaborate with Motorola Sales Representatives to validate incoming orders.
• Review and validate radio code plugs for smart applications.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for issue resolution.
• Use established project management methodologies to maximize efficiency.
• Motivate and lead the team towards delivery objectives.
