Motorola Solutions is looking for a Project Manager responsible for implementing APX Next/N70 Radios & Smart Applications and the Command Central software suite.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in project management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and possess strong technical and negotiation skills. The role requires travel 25-50% and offers a target salary of $80,000 – $85,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Mid-level Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Project, Program, or Product Management.
• High school diploma plus a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial order receipt to final completion.
• Coordinate with Motorola Sales Representatives for order validation.
• Validate radio code plugs for correct configuration.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for issue resolution.
• Use Six Sigma to monitor performance and ensure quality.
• Motivate the team and focus on delivery objectives.

Skills

Strong presentation and negotiating skills

PMP certification

Experience with mobile video technology
