Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of APX Next/N70 Radios and Smart Applications. You will manage projects, focusing on timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with sales for order accuracy and technical integration with internal teams.

This remote position requires travel (25–50%) to specified locations. Strong presentation and negotiating skills are essential, along with at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project, Program, or Product Management.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order receipt to final completion.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure order accuracy and recommend corrections.
• Review and validate radio code plugs for smart applications.
• Identify internal resources for resolving customer roadblocks.
• Use project management methodologies for performance and quality targets.
• Keep the team motivated and focused on delivery objectives.
