Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Manager for Customer Services (CS) within the Electrification and Automation PMO. The role focuses on successful execution of service projects, coordinating across teams, vendors, and customers from initiation to closeout. Remote or Wendell, NC-based work arrangements are supported.

You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, and performance, while ensuring safety and compliance standards across multiple service projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of direct service project management experience.
• 1+ years of field service operations or related roles.
• Able to travel 10-25% of the time annually.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Ensure safety risks are identified and mitigated across service projects.
• Responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and performance of assigned projects.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Provide regular updates on work performed, plans, budget, and status.
• Identify problems and secure solutions, including resource allocation or contract changes.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project cycle and report milestones.
