Job summary

Siemens Project Management Office (PMO) seeks a Customer Services (CS) Project Manager to join our Data Centers team. This role can be remote based out of Wendell, NC, and will lead projects from initiation through closeout in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service project management within EPC/construction or energy, with strong communication and leadership to drive cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in service project management in EPC, construction, energy, or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to multi-level audiences; ability to manage customer expectations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Communicate updates to team members and management; manage customer expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and manage resources, including engineering, field personnel, vendors, and 3rd-party services.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigations, and monitor vendor performance and contracts.
• Track budget, schedule, and revenue forecasting; review contractual obligations and change orders.
