Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager - Customer Services (CS) to lead service projects within the Electrification & Automation unit. The role is based in Wendell, NC and may be remote or hybrid.

You will drive project execution, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires 2+ years in direct service project management, travel 10–25% annually, and a commitment to qualify for PMP within 1 year.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks across service projects to ensure safe execution.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality, and performance for assigned projects.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on work performed, plans, budget, and status to team and PMO.
• Develop change orders with the application engineering team for additional service requests.
• Coordinate with Lead Field Service Representative at the customer site.
• Forecast revenue monthly and report progress to finance partners.
• Develop site schedules with internal and external teams and vendors.
• Create project execution plans including quality, testing, risk, and manpower plans.
