Job summary

InsCipher, LLC. is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead cross‑functional internal projects from initial scoping through completion, including process improvements, system rollouts, and large multi‑department initiatives.

This role reports to the VP of Customer Success and emphasizes hands‑on execution when needed. As a key driver of project success, you will maintain plans, drive accountability, and coordinate across CS, Filing, Accounting, Compliance, Product, Development, Sales, and

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional SaaS or technology projects.
• Hands-on PM capable of coordinating and executing tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Scope projects with objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• Track progress, manage scope changes, and remove blockers.
• Coordinate work across departments including CS, Filing, Accounting, Compliance, Product, Development, Sales, and Finance.
• Facilitate kickoffs and status meetings and document outcomes.
