Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle end-to-end, including planning, execution, budget management, and timeline adherence.
• Drive day-to-day project management by coordinating tasks, dependencies, meetings, reviews, and approvals across cross-functional teams.
• Lead internal status meetings, capture notes, assign action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Manage deliverables spanning landing pages, emails, newsletters, banners, video development, and onsite logistics.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to Account and leadership teams (including weekly risk updates).
• Prevent scope creep and keep projects within defined SOW parameters.
• Identify roadblocks early, develop solutions, and escalation appropriately.
• Participate in resource scheduling to support efficient team allocation.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Leverage tools including Workfront, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office to manage and track work.
