• PMP certification or comparable project management training.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, or a complex environment.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, audit or compliance.
• Experience with both business and technology initiatives and with predictive, agile, or hybrid delivery.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
