Job summary

MDA is seeking a Project Manager, Community Partnerships to lead complex fundraising projects and cross-division programs, including gala, golf, and Muscle Walk campaigns. You’ll develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and engage internal/external stakeholders to deliver client-ready results.

This remote role with occasional travel (20%+) offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000, with final offers determined by experience. You will report to the Director, Community Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles required.
• Experience with platforms including Better Unite, DonorDrive, Canva.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Experience managing external vendors and contract management with finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to present complex information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects from design through completion on time and budget.
• Develop statements of work defining scope, activities, timelines.
• Coordinate sponsorship objectives and contracts with finance.
• Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholders across departments.
• Lead client and partner meetings and update dashboards.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and timely communications.
