Job summary

Muscular Dystrophy Association is seeking a Project Manager, Community Partnerships to lead complex fundraising projects and cross-divisional programs. You will manage campaigns like Distinguished Gala, Golf events, Muscle Walk, and other initiatives, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and donors, reporting to the Director, Community Partnerships, while fostering equity and inclusiveness in program development and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Ability to work across platforms including Better Unite, DonorDrive, Canva, and client applications.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects through solution design, planning, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop statements of work defining scope, activities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate sponsorships, contracts, and LOAs with partners and finance.
• Create accurate requirements and project plans aligned with resources.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and performance measures.
• Lead meetings and ensure timely communications with stakeholders.
