Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Project Manager to join CAPC’s Clinical Education team. The role focuses on managing virtual events, online courses, and learning pathways, coordinating with faculty and external experts to deliver high-quality clinical education for clinicians nationwide.

The position supports CE/CME accreditation processes, maintains data for reporting, and collaborates with cross-functional CAPC teams to ensure timely delivery and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or combination of applicable work experience and education
• 3+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree; 5+ years with Bachelor's degree; project management-specific experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Project management of CAPC virtual events (workshops, webinars and others) related to palliative care clinical education, including scheduling and coordinating with faculty
• Invoicing and coordinating faculty payments and liaising with CAPC marketing to promote events
• Managing development of online courses and learning pathways, coordinating with internal teams and external experts
• Coordinating cohorts for CAPC Clinical Education Certificate Program and managing evaluations/surveys
• Ensuring CE/CME accreditation paperwork is prepared and submitted; maintaining data sets for reporting
