Job summary

Mount Sinai is seeking a Project Manager I for CAPC's Clinical Education team to coordinate online clinical education tools and CE/CEME activities for clinicians nationwide.

The role focuses on project management of virtual events, online courses, and collaborations with faculty, marketing, and data teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality content aligned with grant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred, or combination of applicable work experience and education.
• 3+ years PM experience with Masters; 5+ years with Bachelors; project management-specific experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Project management of CAPC virtual events (workshops, webinars) and other online events.
• Coordinate materials delivery for CE applications with faculty.
• Invoicing and coordinating faculty payments.
• Liaise with CAPC marketing to post events and promote to CAPC’s audience.
• Run live clinical education virtual events.
• Obtain evaluations and reporting post-events.
• Manage online courses and learning pathways development and updates.
• Collaborate with CAPC teams including DEIB, data analytics and website/CRM teams.
