Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to guide clients through discovery and implementation, ensuring optimal use of the Bridgeway software suite for fund administration workflows.

The role is remote with travel up to 15% in the U.S. and Canada; East coast candidates preferred. You will align projects with business goals, develop detailed plans, manage teams, monitor milestones, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience planning and managing the implementation of enterprise level software or IT consulting projects to external stakeholders, including budget and schedule ownership.
• Ability to work on challenging projects that require creativity and prioritizing workloads.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles.
• Experience with online PSA tools such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView, SmartSheet.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations of proprietary software from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support.
• Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor schedules, budgets and project estimates in the PSA solution.
• Ensure on-time and in-budget delivery of projects with accurate forecasting of project financials.
• Monitor and allocate resources to meet objectives and manage resources efficiently.
• Manage scope against contract deliverables and maintain margin objectives.
• Identify risks affecting budget, timeline and efficiency and mitigate them.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in process improvement to increase efficiency and speed to market.
• Coordinate training initiatives and ensure knowledge transfer to Client Services.
• Track portfolio performance against key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
