The Chemours Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our Capital Execution team. You will lead capital projects across sites worldwide, ensuring safety, quality, and innovation while collaborating with global teams. The role may base near Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia area for close partner interaction.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years of capital project management, and experience with chemical plant environments. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years managing capital projects.
• Minimum 3 years in chemical plant environment.
• Minimum 2 years in field construction or contract management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing capital projects in the $1M-$20M range.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership by influence.
• Willingness to travel ~40%.

Responsibilities

• Identify project team resources and secure staffing.
• Ensure team members understand roles and deliverables.
• Establish communications among teams and stakeholders.
• Lead front-end loading and project scope development.
• Drive scope, cost, schedule and resources.
• Manage changes and budgets per policy.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation sessions.
• Ensure design standards with internal/external resources.
