Job summary

Embross is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across software, hardware, and manufacturing for airport and airline clients. You will drive delivery from initiation to closure, balancing scope, schedule, and cost.

Fluency in English and Spanish, PMP certification, and a track record in aviation projects are required. This fully remote role offers international travel, strong collaboration with global partners, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (PM, Business Admin, or related).
• 5+ years external client engagement in aviation preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; SDLC knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with software, hardware, and manufacturing teams.
• Define scope, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and changes.
• Act as primary client and project-team liaison; report progress.
• Ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget.
