Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to lead airport design and construction initiatives, manage client relationships, and mentor staff within the Aviation Group. This fully remote role is open to candidates residing in Florida, with responsibilities spanning project planning, regulatory compliance, funding processes, and market growth strategies.

The ideal candidate brings a Civil Engineering background, a PE license, and 8+ years in airport projects, plus strong leadership and

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
PE License required.
8+ years of airport design/construction experience preferred.
Experience with FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process is essential.
Strong communication and leadership to mentor staff and grow the aviation group.

Mansioni

Oversee airport design and construction projects within assigned regions.
Serve as client manager and develop relationships with airport sponsors and aviation agencies.
Mentor junior staff and lead QA/QC across projects.
Identify new business opportunities and support proposals and pursuits.
Collaborate with leadership to grow Ardurra’s aviation market presence.
