Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years of airport design/construction experience preferred.
• Experience with FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership to mentor staff and grow the aviation group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport design and construction projects within assigned regions.
• Serve as client manager and develop relationships with airport sponsors and aviation agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and lead QA/QC across projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposals and pursuits.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow Ardurra’s aviation market presence.
