Job summary

EXP is seeking a Project Manager - Aviation Sustainability & Resilience (Florida or Texas) to lead sustainability strategy and delivery on aviation projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and developing certification efforts (LEED, WELL, PMP, ENV).

We expect a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 7+ years of sustainability project experience, plus excellent verbal and written communication, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sustainability project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted team member to deliver tailored sustainability strategy and solutions.
• Support sustainability strategy development and certification efforts (LEED, WELL, PMP, ENV).
• Communicate with stakeholders to educate on the value and impact of sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with renewable energy analysis, greenhouse gas inventories, and carbon-related assessments.
• Produce high quality, visually compelling presentations and deliverables.
