Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Atlas, to lead the Atlas - Sales Operations program. This remote USA-based role reports to the EVP & GM, Atlas, and demands coordinating across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance to deliver integrated plans and informed decisions.

You will orchestrate planning cadences, manage capacity, validate roadmaps against delivery capabilities, and prepare for quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

10+ years of project or program management experience in technology/SaaS/managed services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with some post-graduate work or 12 years related experience
PMP certification and strong planning, sequencing, dependency management, and risk tracking

Responsibilities

Run the plan across Atlas workstreams
Maintain one integrated plan across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance with owners, milestones, and dependencies
Sequence work so units build in the right order and flag conflicts early
Run operating cadence for workstream reviews and track decisions to completion
Surface problems and clarify ownership
Coordinate capacity planning and staffing models
Support annual and financial planning and headcount budgeting
Prepare for QBRs and board meetings with timely inputs
Pull sources and status updates to ensure accurate content for reviews
Identify risks, gaps, and decisions ahead of reviews
