Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a full-time AI Product Manager to join the Product team, reporting to the CTO. This remote role based in the USA will own deployments of Atlas, Gainsight's AI native service, embedding with customer teams to manage implementation from business case to renewals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Support, Services, and Renewals to define requirements, map data, configure connectors, and drive ROI analyses, delivering value to strategic customers and shaping the product

Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience with technically complex, integration-heavy software.

Responsibilities

Own deployment of Atlas in customer environments from discovery through delivery.
Define implementation requirements validated against customer data/workflows.
Lead technical implementation including data mapping, connectors, and authentication.
Support rollout of AI agents with AI services team.
Own roadmap prioritization for each deployment.
Construct ROI models and value narratives for accounts.
Lead renewal reviews and outcome-based conversations.
Document learnings, configurations, and ROI frameworks for future deployments.
